Marvel movies feel so much deeper

much more elaborate, complicated and believable than DC movies. I like The Amazing Spiderman, I enjoyed Batman a lot, but bitch please, nothing comapres after the awesome mind-fuck ride that Winter Soldier is.

(okay okay, Batman was a mind-fuck too, but still, it's so much less colorful. Everything's so dark, darky dark . Marvel offers you all the colors! All the stories are so integrated, each one of them and between each other! It's awesome how it all clicks into place.

Here, come and have high on all of our colorful powders and pills! ;D) and I snort it all up with joy!

DC movies now feel flat, really flat.

I admire the amount of work they've been doing on Marvel comics, even if it's being owned by the vicious Disney. I have to look through that. I cannot just drop a masterpiece.

I only realized that somethin's going on around the first Avengers movie. Then it started clicking in my head that maybe.... maybe they're making a whole series saga in a fucking full-feature super high budget movies... and I couldn't believe this, because it was madness!!!

I love this madness

Just look how many TV/ web shows has raised generations of fans. These people are bonded much more with one franchaise than with one movie. It grows onto you, it slips into your unconscious mind, and you don't even know why and when. I know why. Because it keeps on repeating but also keeps on living its own life.

(There is a theory to that, I cannot remeber the source of article I've read. It is scientifically checked, why people get attached to long-running shows, I just know it by instinct anyway.)


I'm really into big statements today...

And also, I'm a huge story-junkie. Stories matter above everything else. the universe is a freakin story....

 and to think  I started my adventure with superheroes with SpiderMan/Batman when I was like...9-10 years old. wow
